     With over 30 years of experience in management, Ashridge Business School graduate, SDI certified coach and Master Coach Academy, Ilie has facilitated over 300 training sessions and more than 3500 people have been trained in his leadership, performance management, strategy courses. Over time he collaborated as a trainer with the companies CODECS, Supply Chain Management, Leaders Foundation, MMM Consulting, the courses being offered to a wide range of managers, high school and university students.
     His leadership expertise is in team management, development of vision and strategy for winning organisations, healthy and sustainable organizational culture.
